BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act providing appropriations for the State Fiscal Year 2010-2011 known
as the "General Appropriations Act," approved June 4, 2010 (Ga. L. 2010, Volume
One, Book Two), so as to change certain appropriations for the State Fiscal Year
2010-2011; to make language and other changes; to reallocate certain funds; to
provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act providing appropriations for the State Fiscal Year 2010-2011 known as the
"General Appropriations Act" approved June 4, 2010 (Ga. L. 2010, Volume One,
Book Two), is amended by striking everything following the enacting clause
through Section 55 and by substituting in lieu thereof the
following:
"That
the sums of money hereinafter provided are appropriated for the State Fiscal
Year beginning July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011, as prescribed hereinafter
for such fiscal year."
SECTION
2.
This
Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its
becoming law without such approval.
SECTION
3.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
