BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.
Code Section 32-10-65.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the expiration and extension of tolls by the State Road and Tollway Authority, is revised to read as follows:
"32-10-65.1.
Every toll established under this article must expire after a specified period of time and may be extended beyond said time only by approval of the State Road and Tollway Authority and the General Assembly through passage of a joint resolution.
