AN ACT

To amend Chapter 31 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to incorporation of municipal corporations, so as to provide that a municipality created on and after July 1, 2010, which immediately prior to incorporation was a part of a county special services district may be authorized to continue beyond the transition period to receive certain services from the county in the same manner as such area received the services prior to incorporation upon the payment by the city of the actual cost of providing such service or function unless otherwise provided in a written agreement between the new city and the county; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.
