A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapters 2 and 14 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elementary and secondary education and education accountability, respectively, so as to revise various provisions regarding student discipline and working conditions of teachers and other school personnel; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
