SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 48 |

EXTENDING THE REPORT DATE FOR THE BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH TASK FORCE. |
WHEREAS, in June 2015 Senate Concurrent Resolution 29 established the Behavioral and Mental Task Force; and
WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution 29 set a findings and recommendation report submittal date as January 30, 2016, but their work is still progressing.
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 148th General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the House of Representatives concurring therein, that the Behavioral and Mental Task Force findings and recommendations report shall be submitted by May 31, 2016.
