IN THE STATE OF |
WHEREAS,
independent business owners comprise an important segment of
WHEREAS, their independently owned businesses enrich the local economy by providing jobs and fostering an atmosphere of competition and innovation; and
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, independently owned businesses serve the public by providing goods and services that satisfy a defined market need; and
WHEREAS, independent business owners continue to operate in a challenging economic climate;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED by
the Senate of the 145th General Assembly of the State of
