SENATE BILL NO. 89

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE OF 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend Title 15, Section 3181 (a) by striking the words "first Tuesday in February" as found therein, and replacing them with the words, "fourth Tuesday in April".

SYNOPSIS

This Bill will change the date of the Presidential Primary from the first Tuesday in February to the fourth Tuesday in April.
