AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SIGNS. |
Section 1. Amend �1114 and �1121 of Title 17 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (8) to each section, and by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strikethrough as follows:
(8) A sign posted by a family member or pet owner for thirty days for purposes of seeking information about lost children or family pet. A permit obtained on-line from DelDOTmust be secured within 72 hours of posting sign which is renewable every thirty days upon issuance of permit from DelDOT.
