AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATE PARKS. |
Section 1. Amend §4701(a)(7), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strike through as follows:
(7) Enter into agreements with proper
persons or corporations for periods not to exceed 10 25 years for operation of services on the
areas it administers.
SYNOPSIS

This Act extends Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's ability to reach agreements for operating services in its areas from a 10-year length to a maximum length of 25 years. |
