AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MICROBREWERIES TRANSPORTING, DISTRIBUTING, AND DELIVERING THEIR PRODUCT. |
Section 1.Amend §512C(c), Chapter 5, Title 4, Delaware Code by adding a new paragraph (5) to read as follows:
"(5) To transport, distribute, and deliver beer and cider manufactured on the licensed premises to any person licensed pursuant to this Title to sell such products to the public and such persons selling to the public shall not be prohibited from selling such beer and cider notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary.".
