AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HUNTING, TRAPPING, AND FISHING LICENSES. |
Section 1.Amend §503, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by adding "/fishing" after the words "hunting/trapping" in the fourth sentence thereof.
Section 2.Amend §506(c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by adding "/fishing" after the words "hunting/trapping" in the third sentence thereof.

This legislation corrects the previous omission of research related to fishing harvest surveys from the list of purposes for which government agencies and DNREC scientists may use license information.That list already includes "research purposes involving hunting/trapping surveys." |
