SYNOPSIS
This Bill makes
technical amendments to three sections of Title 11 of the Delaware Code that
incorrectly refer to the Department of Correction as either the State Board
of Correction or the Department of Health and Social Services. The Department of Correction previously was
known as the State Board of Correction and historically was part of the
Department of Health and Social Services. |
