HOUSE BILL NO. 404

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend Chapter 32, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by deleting the chapter in its entirety.

SYNOPSIS

This bill deletes the Northeast Interstate Dairy Compact.The Compact is defunct and there is no expectation that it will be put into use in the foreseeable future.
