AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE. |
Section 1. Amend §5812(n)(1)l., Title 29 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through as follows:
� 5812. Definitions.
(n)(1) "Public officer" shall mean:
l. The Public
Guardian, the Executive Director of the Victims' Compensation Assistance
Program, the Executive Director of the Child Placement Review Board; and

This bill is the result of recommendations made by the Joint Sunset Committee.The bill provides that the Executive Director of the Victims' Compensation Assistance Program no longer has to submit a financial disclosure report to the Public Integrity Commission. |
