AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COLLECTION OF TAXES. |
Section 1.Amend §8601(3), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase "May 1" as it appears therein and replacing with the phrase "July 1".
