HOUSE BILL NO. 202

AS AMENDED BY

SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 RELATING TO RULES OF THE ROAD.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1.Amend §4183(d), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding a new paragraph (5) to read as follows:

"(5) Parking a vehicle with a license plate or placard issued pursuant to §134 or §135 of this Title in a space or zone defined in §4183(b)of this Title unless a person on whose behalf a special license plate or placard has been issued is being transported.".

Section 2. Amend §4183(d)(3) of Title 21 of the Delaware code by deleting the word "and" and amend §4183(d)(4) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by deleting the "." after the word "placard" and substituting in lieu thereof"; or".
