HOUSE BILL NO. 202

AS AMENDED BY

SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 RELATING TO RULES OF THE ROAD.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1.Amend �4183(d), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding a new paragraph (5) to read as follows:

"(5) Parking a vehicle with a license plate or placard issued pursuant to §134 or §135 of this Title in a space or zone defined in §4183(b)of this Title unless a person on whose behalf a special license plate or placard has been issued is being transported.".

Section 2. Amend �4183(d)(3) of Title 21 of the Delaware code by deleting the word "and" and amend �4183(d)(4) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by deleting the "." after the word "placard" and substituting in lieu thereof"; or".
