AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PRIMARY ELECTIONS. |
Section 1.Amend §3101, Chapter 31, Title 15, Delaware Code by striking the word "July" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the word "June".
Section 2.Amend §3101(3), Chapter 31, Title 15, Delaware Code by striking the word "September" and substituting in lieu thereof the word "August".

This bill moves Delaware election primaries from September to August to ensure the timely issuance receipt and return of military absentee ballots in the general election. |
