HOUSE BILL NO. 161

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 2 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATED TO THE COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION FUND.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Chapter 14 of Title 2 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows and redesignating accordingly:

§ 1419. Annual Report.

The Department of Transportation shall issue an annual report to the General Assembly concerning the Community Transportation Fund. The report shall outline all expenditures of the Community Transportation Fund within each legislative district.

SYNOPSIS

This bill requires the Department of Transportation to provide the General Assembly with an annual report for community transportation fund expenditures.
