HOUSE BILL NO. 152

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS.


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:


Section 1.Amend §4019(e), Title 24 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "The" as it appears at the beginning of the sentence and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "After a County or Municipality in the State of Delaware has completed a reassessment of all real estate located in that jurisdiction, the".


SYNOPSIS

This Act makes §4019(e) effective only after a County or Municipality has done a reassessment of all real estate located in that jurisdiction.
