Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, That the Senate does not favor Reorganization Plan No. 1 transmitted to the Legislature by the Governor on May 5, 2025, and recommends that the plan be assigned to the Senate Committee on Governmental Organization and the Senate Committee on Housing; and be it further
Resolved, That the Secretary of the Senate transmit copies of this resolution to the Governor and to the Senate Committee on Governmental Organization and the Senate Committee on Housing.
