An act to amend Section 3294 of the Public Utilities Code, relating to electricity.

SB 998, as introduced, Dahle. Electricity: Wildfire Fund.
Existing law establishes the Wildfire Fund and continuously appropriates moneys in the fund to the Wildfire Fund Administrator to pay eligible claims arising from a covered wildfire, as provided. Existing law provides that costs and expenses of administration of the fund are to be paid from Wildfire Fund assets.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the latter provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 3294 of the Public Utilities Code is amended to read:

3294.
 Costs and expenses of administration of the fund shall be paid from Wildfire Fund assets. the assets of the Wildfire Fund.
