SB 953, as introduced, Anderson. Off-highway motor vehicles.
Existing law, the Chappie-Z’berg Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Law of 1971, generally specifies which lands are available for use by off-highway motor vehicles, as defined, and the operating rules of those vehicles.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would clarify operating rules for off-highway motor vehicles.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
