BILL NUMBER: SB 772 INTRODUCED BILL TEXT INTRODUCED BY Senator Stone FEBRUARY 27, 2015 An act relating to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 772, as introduced, Stone. Bay Delta Conservation Plan: judicial review. Existing law imposes requirements on the Department of Water Resources in connection with the preparation of a Bay Delta Conservation Plan. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation establishing judicial review procedures for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation establishing judicial review procedures for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, as defined in Section 85053 of the Water Code.
