An act to amend Section 720 of the Military and Veterans Code, relating to veterans.

Existing law requires a state and local public agency to provide assistance to veterans on the same basis as it provides to any other eligible person.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 720 of the Military and Veterans Code is amended to read:

720.
 Every A state and local public agency shall render the service or provide the benefits or assistance it provides to the public to every a veteran on the same basis as to any other eligible person.
