   An act to amend Section 21001 of the Public Utilities Code,
relating to aviation.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   SB 44, as introduced, Roth. State Aeronautics Act.
   The State Aeronautics Act governs various matters relative to
aviation in this state.
   This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to a provision within
the act.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 21001 of the Public Utilities Code is amended
to read:
   21001.  This part  shall be known and  may be cited as
the  "State Aeronautics Act."   State
Aeronautics Act.
