Senate Bill No. 412

Introduced by Senator Pan

February 15, 2017

An act to amend Section 1219.1 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to health care.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 412, as introduced, Pan. Clinics: licensing.
Existing law requires any person, firm, association, partnership, or corporation desiring a license for a clinic to file a verified application with the State Department of Public Health, as provided. The department is authorized to issue a provisional license to a clinic if certain criteria are met.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
