An act relating to tax reform.

SB 364, as introduced, Moorlach. Tax reform.
Existing law imposes, among other taxes, a personal income tax, a corporation income tax, sales and use taxes, and property taxes.
This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would address comprehensive tax reform.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would address comprehensive tax reform.
