LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


SB 1335, as introduced, Monning. Forests: timber operations.
Existing law establishes resource conservation standards for timber operations and forestry practices to ensure that a cover of trees of commercial species, sufficient to utilize adequately the suitable and available growing space, is maintained or established after timber operations.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation related to forests.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
