An act relating to vehicles.

SB 1221, as introduced, Archuleta.
Dairy vehicles.
Existing law, the Milk and Milk Products Act of 1947, regulates milk and milk products and establishes standards for, among other things, the transportation of milk and milk products. Existing law establishes requirements for the safe operation of vehicles on the highways, including, among other things, maximum length and total gross weight limits.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to dairy vehicles.
