   Relative to Governor's Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 2012.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
             HOUSE OR SENATE RESOLUTIONS DO NOT CONTAIN A DIGEST



   WHEREAS, On May 3, 2012, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. transmitted
Governor's Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 2012 to the Legislature; now,
therefore, be it
   Resolved by the Assembly of the State of California, That the
Assembly does not favor Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 2012 transmitted
to the Legislature by the Governor on May 3, 2012, and recommends
that the plan be assigned to the Assembly Committee on Rules; and be
it further
   Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the Assembly transmit a copy of
this resolution to the Governor.
