AB 876, as introduced, Acosta. State agency databases.
Existing law defines the term “state agency” for purposes relating to the state government of California, to include every state office, officer, department, division, bureau, board, and commission, except as otherwise provided.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation regarding federal access to state agency databases.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation regarding federal access to state agency databases.
