An act relating to veterans.

AB 770, as introduced, Chávez. California Veterans Board.
Existing law establishes within state government a Department of Veterans Affairs. Existing law provides for a variety of state benefits to veterans. Existing law establishes a California Veterans Board, for purposes of advising the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs on policies for operations of the department.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the California Veterans Board.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the California Veterans Board.
