An act to amend Section 7670 of the Elections Code, relating to
elections.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 479, as introduced, Harper. Elections: county central
committees.
Existing law authorizes a county central committee to be elected
in each county at every presidential primary election.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to this
provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 7670 of the Elections Code is amended to read:
7670. At every each presidential
primary election, a county central committee may be elected in each
county.
