An act to amend Section 14007 of the Government Code, relating to

	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 381, as introduced, Alejo. Department of Transportation.
Existing law creates the Department of Transportation, within the
Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, under the administration
of the Director of Transportation, who is required to organize the
department, as specified, with the approval of the Governor and the
Secretary of the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive, grammatical change to that
provision.
