AB 3055, as introduced, Harper. Licensing: alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facilities.
Existing law provides for the licensure, certification, and regulation of alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facilities serving adults by the State Department of Health Care Services, as prescribed.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation related to alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facilities.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
