AB 3051, as introduced, Nazarian.
Mental health services.
Existing law establishes the State Department of Public Health, to be headed by the State Public Health Officer and sets forth its powers and duties. Existing law authorizes the department to maintain a mental health service for advising and assisting local departments of health and education in the establishment of mental health services, particularly in connection with maternal and child health conferences and in the schools of the state.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
