LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 3037, as introduced, Salas. County supervisor elections.
Existing law requires all state, county, municipal, district, and school district elections to be held on an established election date, as specified.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would require county supervisor elections to be held with the statewide general election.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would require county supervisor elections to be held with the statewide general election.
