LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2825, as introduced, Stone. General plan: housing elements.

For a housing element or amendment adopted on or after January 1, 2021, existing law requires the planning agency to submit to the Department of Housing and Community Development an electronic copy of its inventory of land suitable for residential development, as developed pursuant to specified law.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change in the above-described provisions relating to the submission of electronic copies of an inventory of land suitable for residential development.
