An act to amend Section 23009 of the Business and Professions
Code, relating to alcoholic beverages.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2802, as introduced, Linder. Alcoholic beverages.
Existing law, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, regulates the
application, issuance, and suspension of alcoholic beverage licenses
by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The act defines a
licensee for these purposes.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23009 of the Business and Professions Code is
amended to read:
23009. "Licensee" means any a
person holding a license, a permit, a certification, or any
other authorization issued by the department.
