   An act relating to taxation.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 2730, as introduced, Anderson. Taxation: rate reduction.
   The Personal Income Tax Law and the Corporation Tax Law impose
taxes upon taxable income at specified rates.
   This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact
subsequent legislation that would reduce those rates, as provided.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent
legislation that would reduce the rates of personal income tax and
corporate tax that are imposed upon taxable income in this state.
