An act relating to teachers.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2644, as introduced, Mayes. Teachers: recruitment and
retention.
Existing law establishes various programs for the recruitment of
teachers.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation later in the 2015-16 Regular Session regarding the
recruitment and retention of teachers.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation later in the 2015-16 Regular Session regarding the
recruitment and retention of teachers.
