An act to amend Section 12781 of the Food and Agricultural Code,
relating to pesticides.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2502, as introduced, Bigelow. Pesticides.
Existing law provides for the regulation of pesticides, and
authorizes the Director of Pesticide Regulation to adopt regulations
that are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions relating to
pesticides.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 12781 of the Food and Agricultural Code is
amended to read:
12781. The director may adopt regulations which
that are reasonably necessary to carry out this
chapter.
