An act to amend Section 50150 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to housing.

AB 2472, as introduced, Mullin. Housing.
Existing law declares that the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency, the Department of Housing and Community Development, and the California Housing Finance Agency are responsible for carrying out state housing policies and programs.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 50150 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read:

50150.
 This chapter sets forth the general responsibilities and roles of the Business, Consumer Services Services, and Housing Agency, the Department of Housing and Community Development, and the California Housing Finance Agency in carrying out state housing policies and programs. It is declaratory of existing law as to those roles and responsibilities, responsibilities and shall not be construed as creating additional responsibilities.
