	BILL TEXT

INTRODUCED BY Assembly Member Fong

                        FEBRUARY 24, 2012

An act to amend Section 19675 of the Education Code, relating to
boards of museum trustees.

	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2415, as introduced, Fong. Boards of museum trustees: record of
proceedings.
Existing law requires a board of museum trustees to keep a proper
record of its proceedings, and at the first board of trustees meeting
requires the board to immediately file a certificate, as specified,
with the State Department of Education.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that
provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19675 of the Education Code is amended to read:

19675. The board shall cause keep a
proper record of its proceedings to be kept , and

Sacramento a certificate showing that the museum
has been established, with the date thereof, that
