The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 16 of the Penal Code is amended to read:16.
Crimes and public offenses1.Felonies;
2.Misdemeanors; and
(a) Felonies.
(b) Misdemeanors.
3.
(c) Infractions.
