An act to amend Section 16 of the Penal Code, relating to crimes.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 16 of the Penal Code is amended to read:

16.
 Crimes and public offenses include: include all of the following:

1.Felonies;

2.Misdemeanors; and

(a) Felonies.
(b) Misdemeanors.

(c) Infractions.
