AB 2220, as introduced, Cooper. Real property: deed restrictions: City of Galt.
Existing law authorizes the Director of General Services to execute grants to real property belonging to the state in the name and upon behalf of the state, as provided. Existing law restricts, by quitclaim deed, the use of certain land of approximately 48 acres within the City of Galt that was quitclaimed to the city by the state.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would remove deed restrictions on that land.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would remove deed restrictions on certain land of approximately 48 acres located within the City of Galt.
