An act to amend Section 96.7 of the Revenue and Taxation Code,

	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2037, as introduced, Beth Gaines. Local government finance.
Existing property tax law, in the case of any county taking over
the responsibilities of an independent local health special district
created pursuant to a specified statute, requires an increase in the
allocation of state assistance payments, as defined, that are made to
that county.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
