CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION

Assembly Bill No. 1910

Introduced by Assembly Member Choi

January 23, 2018

An act to amend Section 1473 of the Civil Code, relating to obligations.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1910, as introduced, Choi. Obligations.
Existing law provides that the full performance of an obligation by the party whose duty it is to perform the obligation or by any other person on that party’s behalf and with that party’s assent, if accepted by the creditor, extinguishes the obligation.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
