An act to amend Section 2 of the Education Code, relating to
education.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1802, as introduced, Jones-Sawyer. Education.
Existing law establishes the Education Code, and provides that its
provisions are to be liberally construed, with a view to effect its
objects and to promote justice.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to these provisions.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of the Education Code is amended to read:

construed, with a view to effect its objects and to promote justice.
