An act to amend Section 11005.1 of the Government Code, relating to state government.

AB 1412, as introduced, Cunningham. Director of Finance: gifts.
Existing law authorizes the Director of Finance to accept any gift of real or personal property on behalf of the state whenever the director deems such gift and the terms and conditions thereof to be in the best interest of the state.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 11005.1 of the Government Code is amended to read:

11005.1.
 The Director of Finance may accept on behalf of the State state any gift of real or personal property whenever he the director deems such gift and the terms and conditions thereof to be in the best interest of the State. state.
